Copy of a manuscript letter, in which Owen writes at length of his views of Society and in particular the need for change; he argues "the system of Society which has long alone been hitherto known in the world is based on falsehood, which, of necessity, have produced the past, present, errors and evils which have afflicted the past generations & the present". Owen continues to detail comprehensively his thoughts for bringing about the necessary changes is Society.
