Scope and Content

Manuscript letter written to accompany a payment of £30. Cooper explains that Owen's letters have not reached him due to the Owen's writing being illegible. Cooper writes with news of Owen's family, and in particular Owen's grandson "Bobby" - who is a "charming fellow".
