The printed address is for the purpose of attracting individuals and families who wish to emigrate to the various western states of North America, having renounced the "tyrant trinity of King, Priest, and Trade." It declares the intentions of the Society to create "sections" that will emigrate together, and stipulates the conditions which parties may become part of the Society. The constitution of this Society is also present.
