Draft manuscript copy of an address sent by Owen after being refused use of a theatre and town hall for the purpose of giving lectures, and Owen stating he is unable to come to the area for now due to opponents stopping him from acquiring a venue. But, he does not blame those who have opposed him, because they are victims of their own ignorance.
