Scope and Content

Rough draft of manuscript letter: Owen sends Queen Victoria the fifth part of his journal, New Existence of Men upon the Earth, at the behest of the spirit of her late father. Owen also states that the spirits are engaged in promoting the "substantial and permanent reformation and happiness of the human race."
