Letter from William Bromley to the Committe of Directors of the Association for Removing Ignorance and Poverty

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter: Bromley draws attention to the "papers enclosed."

In a second manuscript letter [addressed to Mr. Austin], Bromley begs the Association "either to rent or purchase" the premises. He protests that "I ought not to be called upon to make any further sacrifice."
