In this manuscript letter Travis makes reference to a Prospectus. Travis explains he has enclosed a copy of the preamble from the Prospectus for Owen to read, adding he believes it would be good if they could get it printed in the newspapers; suggests they should re-name it "Robert Owen's proposals for the terminating the present disturbed state of the country".
