Letter from James Rigby to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter, in which Rigby writes of of the problems he is having with Billstickers covering posters he has placed around London.

Having read through edition No.6 of The New Existence of Man Upon The Earth, Rigby remarks he finds the first part "first rate" but the second appears to him to be a "heap of confusion, falsehood and folly".

The letter closes with Rigby informing Owen that "all the old branches are broken up and most of the good men and true dispersed".
