The letter continues with Rigby providing an account of his progress with tasks carried out on Owen's behalf. He writes that Sir B[enjamin] Hall has been given the "Reformers" Petitions (though Rigby believes he is the wrong man - too "old Society"), he attempted but failed to visit Mr and Mrs Rose and of forwarding Owen newspapers.
