In this manuscript letter, William Pare tells Robert Owen that he is sending Jame Fleming and Rigby to a meeting in Manchester. He also hopes to have the Communists out in the next 2 or 3 weeks. Tomorrow, he tells Owen, he will be returning to Ireland for a few weeks.
