Manuscript letter informing Rigby that something great and good must be done by the masses in England to back up the Provisional Government in France. Pare says he has written a letter on this subject to various parts of England. He says he will be in London at the end of the next week and will want to have a quiet meeting of a few good men. He says that this is a firm opportunity for the old Socialists of England to put their principles before the world.
