Manuscript letter informing Rigby that he requires 101 more of the reports and asks how many of the 2nd edition he has left in London and how many he will have left after he has sent the 101 to him.
Owen goes on to say that when the weather improves he wants Rigby to visit him so they can sort out the business for the 14th May.
