Manuscript letter in which Finch sends Rigby two Liverpool papers which include articles on Partnerships. He notes that he has seen that notice was given in the House of Commons last night that Mr Slaney would move on the 18th of March for permission to bring in a Bill to ammend the Partnership Law. Finch believes a petition should be put together from different parts of the Kingdom in favour of this.
