Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter concerning Owen's No.3 Gazette. Owen says that is will be published next week and he feels that the Cabinet and Foreign Ministers will see it in what a different treaty of peace I would make between them. Owen adds that he is hastening writing No.4 Gazette so that he can send them both to the United States together.

Owen goes on to ask that Rigby and Holyoake encourage their friends to attend the upcoming Congress. He states that they must do much to change the world as no other parties are likely to.
