Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Manuscript letter forwarding an enclosed [letter] to Rigby. Owen found it unnoticed amongst his letters. Owen says he has asked Mr Chamberlain to visit Rigby so that he may give him copies of Owen's latest work and so that he can converse with Rigby about his [Chambelain's] letter. Owen says it contains some good ideas but the time is not yet. He requests that once Rigby has read it that he pass it on to Mr T[ravis].
