Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Robert Owen explains that he has only just received James Rigby's letter of the 26th of April and comments on the cold weather. He informs James Rigby that he will not be in London for some weeks. He continues to say that he is encountering some prejudice in some of his endeavours.
