Manuscript letter giving rigby instructions for the delivery of some of his publications. Owen goes on to say he has received, probably from Mr Hastings, a newspaper titled The Philanthropist + Social Science Gazette. Owen says that in the newspaper there are notices of several important meetings. Owen asks Rigby to find out if you need to be a fully paid up member of the association to attend. He concludes by asking Rigby to pay for full membership.
