Owen says that they should be more moderate in their charges as the expense and trouble is theirs [Owen and Rigby's] and the advantage is all for the poor and public. Owen asks Rigby to ascertain what Reynolds and Earnest Jones will charge.
Owen says that 150 or 200 of the Millennial Gazette should go to the Press of Europe and that when it is ready nobody should detain it.
Owen says he will send Dr Travis’ parcel the next day addressed to Rigby. Owen concludes by asking Rigby to watch The Times to see how the wind blows in that question.
