Scope and Content

One black and white photograph showing a novelty size cheque being presented to the Asthma Research Council on behalf of CRS Yorkshire and Humberside Region staff by Mr W G Smith, Sector Executive Officer. Also present in the photograph are Andrew Gairdner, Hon. Treasurer of the Asthma Research Council; Mr D Robinson, Chairman of Barnsley Asthma Society; Mrs K Frogatt, Charity Organiser; and Miss C Whittlestone, fund raiser.

The image appeared in the Autumn 1989 edition of CRS Staff Newsround journal of CRS.
