Meeting minutes are bound in a buff paper folder. A Special General Meeting took place in May 1972 where the single item on the agenda was the change of company name to Durham Dairies (Annfield Plain) Ltd. This was registered and approved in June.
In February 1973 it was resolved that a milk cartoning machine be purchased.
