Scope and Content

Correspondence between the Principal and a number of manufacturing companies relating to consultancy work undertaken on behalf of industry and collaborative projects, for example, in the areas of medical research and paper making. In some cases the College provided research accommodation for companies including the use of laboratories for testing and experiments. Other papers relate to grants for research provided by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, grants from industrial companies and details of studentships.
