Deed of covenants between James Farrer, gentleman, and Mary his wife (eldest daughter and co-heir of John Brearley, late of Rachdale [Rochdale], gentleman, deceased), of the first part, Mrs Catherine Brearley (second daughter and co-heir of the said John), of the second part, and Richard Bold of Bold, esq., of the third part, for the levying of a fine respecting a capital messuage and a messuage named Michell Hey in Spotland and premises and land in Faleing [Falinge] within Spotland.
