Lease to Maud Aston of Aston, widow, Sir Robert Vernon of Hodnet, Shropshire, knight, and Thomas Ireland of Bewscy [Bewsey], Lancashire, esq., to the use of the said Maud, of a third part of the manors of Aston, Midle Aston and Kekewicke [Keckwick] with appurtenances, a third part of messuages, rents, etc. in the same and in Aston Grange, Sutton and Mynshall Vernon [Minshull Vernon], and a third part of one free fishing in the Weaver, together with land in Leighton, being a parcel of the lands and inheritance of Thomas Aston, His Majesty's ward (son and heir of the late John Aston, esq.), to hold during his minority.
