Rowe advised Rofe, Kennard and Lapworth, the consulting engineers working for North West Water, on the building of the intake and concerning the dispute. The claim appears to be Rofe, Kennard and Lapworth in dispute with J.F. Donelon and Co. (their subcontractors).
