Letter from Bruce, 13 July 1970, sending Platt a copy of a letter from Parentela to Professor Balesegaram about the recognition by the UN of the International College of Surgeons, 1 June 1970. The bundle also includes a copy of a letter from Balesgaram to Professor Fitzlinder, which had been copied to Bruce, about the College and his discussions with Parentela, 27 April 1970. Balesgaram offered his support to the IFSC.
