Scope and Content

Two copies of a document by Platt titled 'Observations on College Finance'. The original typescript is dated 28 October 1963, and the copy was made for the President of the College in August 1980. The document summarises the state of the finances of the College since 1945, in particular the attitude of the College towards Government financial support.
