The manuscript has the original pagination pp.1-400 and an additional 3 leaves have been taped into the front containing an alphabetical index of patient surnames. The cases date between 10 January 1925 and 29 April 1928 but there are also a great number of items of correspondence inserted relating to patients described on the adjacent pages and dated between 1925 and 1943. In addition there are a number of pathology reports inserted throughout the volume as well as images showing the results of one patient's barium x-ray between pages 25 & 26.
