The manuscript has the original pagination pp.1-256 and an additional 2 leaves have been taped into the front containing an alphabetical index of patient surnames. The cases date between 1 January 1910 and 12 June 1912 but there are also additional items of correspondence inserted between pages 6 & 7, 158 & 159, and 170 & 171 relating to patients described on those pages and dated between 1913 and 1932.
