Circular on prescribing and on the transfer to the capitation system, 7 March 1928. In three cases referred to the Panel Committee, practitioners had been found to have over prescribed; this circular gives suggestions for avoiding over prescription. Doctors are instructed on actions they need to take in preparation for the transfer to the capitation system.
