MB ChB Manch 1924.

MacGill, born on 23 January 1901, received his medical education at Manchester and was house surgeon at MRI. He was resident assistant medical officer to Crumpsall Infirmary Manchester, resident surgical officer at Stockport Infirmary and orthopaedic registrar at Ancoats Hospital Manchester before being appointed assistant orthopaedic surgeon and visiting anaesthetist to Stockport Infirmary. He was also medical officer to Barnes Home Industrial School. MacGill was a member of MMS and of the British Orthopaedic Association. He died on 19 March 1948 aged 47.
