MB ChB Manch 1921.

Coope was house surgeon at MRI and senior assistant medical officer at Booth Hall Infirmary and at Withington Hospital Manchester. He later practised in Blackpool and Southport. In 1934 Coope was accused of negligence for failing to arrange a proper x-ray examination for a woman who had broken a bone in her foot. He was ordered to pay £200 in damages.
