Report of the Manchester Registrars' meeting held on 1st December 1950 chaired by Dr. Forrester. During the meeting Forrester had noted that the group had pressed for a 'proper consultant-registrar ratio' and he put forward three proposals on how best this could be achieved,Lancet, 30 December 1950.
