Miscellaneous notes on boroughs: A-E

Scope and Content

Loose papers tied between envelopes with the title written in pencil, 'Misc notes on Boroughs arranged alphabetically'. The notes are divided with sheets of blue paper marked A-E. These markers are not in alphabetical order, but the contents within each divider seem to be in order (i.e. Cardiff, Cardigan are filed under C). Most of the notes appear to be in Bateson's hand, but she appears to have also written on the back of the notes of others. There is also a page from the Daily News newspaper dated Monday 27 April 1903; however, this does not appear to have any relation to the file.
