From G[eorge] Tyndale to Mary Countess of Stamford, concerning a deed [of settlement] dated 8 February 1717 under which a trust was vested in M.C.S. for the sale of lands in Cheshire, the proceeds to be divided among the younger children of G.T.'s father and mother. A dispute has arisen and the case is to be settled in equity.
