Property: a messuage and tenement in Carrington, now in the actual occupation of Richard Hesketh, and fields and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Nearer Acre, the Further Acre, the Short Butts, the Nearer Half Acre and Nearer Bottoms (now 1 close), the Further Half Acre and Further Bottoms (1 close), the Big Field, the Further Field, the Moss, the House Close and the Moss End (5 a. 24 p.).

Lessees are to hold upon the trusts declared in the will of Edmund Hesketh dec'd.

Clauses: i) Lord Stamford reserves the right to retake possession of the property at any time during the residue of the term, for the purpose of enclosing and fencing the premises, and planting with trees or plants; ii) labour service clause added on dorse.
