Includes contents page and typescript copies of his chapters: 'The White House' pages 1-15, 'The Washington Monument' pages 16-35, 'The Jefferson Memorial' pages 36-63, 'Jackson Place' pages 64-95, and 'The Lincoln Memorial' numbered differently with pages 1-20.

There are no drafts for the final two chapters on the contents page 'Arlington' and 'The Capitol'.
