Scope and Content

Consists of:

- forms to be used by a medical practitioner who is treating someone for venereal diseases with a list of clinics where a person could attend, and a card for a person being treated

- answers to a questionnaire about treatment of venereal disease in Australia with statistics showing cases of syphilis and gonorrhoea from 1916-1924

- manuscript notes on treating venereal disease in Queen Victoria Women's Hospital Melbourne
