Consists of:

- signed minutes, some are annotated (dated 30 Sep 1930 to 13 Oct 1936)

- carbon copy letter (10 Jul 1930) about nominations to the new Foreign Relations sub-committee

- papers relating to Budapest congress to be held in 1934: - report on the proposed Budapest congress by Dr Helen Wilson (14 Sep 1933), report of correspondence etc relating to the Congress (3 Jan 1934), details of meeting between M de Graaf, president of the International Abolitionist Federation, and M Reelfs, secretary, on 28 Nov 1935, and recommendations of the Foreign relations sub-committee (14 Jan 1936)
