Metal medal, Maltese star shape, metal ring at top. Each of the prongs has a design on it, in the middle there is a copper circle. On the reverse back it looks like a two keys have been inscribed as well as 'G' on the left prong, 'F' on the top prong, 'S' on the right prong and 'M.C' on the bottom prong.
