JB then gives her views on the ideal Rescue worker, they must have 'faith in the saving love of Christ' and 'faith in human nature'. A shining example for them: the action of Jesus with the Samaritan woman.
Does not think her friend need fear Sarah's presence [Mlle Sarah Monod, a leading French Abolitionist]. Thinks her friend's paper would be heard with sympathy by Mme Avril.
