She wants to explain that it is not Miss Forsaith who is chiefly responsible for the 'Shield'. Very often if she includes some personal items from friends 'Mr Wilson takes it and cuts down sometimes half...his idea of the 'Shield' is of a paper full of statistics, etc. to be handed to MPs and public men'. Miss Forsaith thinks that even official and public men would be all the better for having something human to read as well.
