Enclosing Resolution proposed by Charles Drysdale which he hopes to submit to the Congress. [in English and French] The doctors earnestly desire to lessen the spread of contagious diseases ''as they alone know of the terrible miseries caused to young people by these contagions.' Hopes he agrees with him that repression, so often tried, is useless.
