Scope and Content

Written from Federation Britannique, Continentale and Generale, Neuchatel to Bernerhof. Thinks it is very necessary for his correspondence dealing with the Federation to be sent to her first and then afterwards to be sent on to Mrs Tanner with observations and comments from her. It could be done without adding much to her burdens. At the moment they are cut off from Britain and information about the new abolitionist campaign for the Colonies. Perhaps the Secretary of the LNA could send each month a brief note for insertion in the 'Bulletin' for readers on the Continent.
