Written from Winchester (dictated). Asking if he can tell her 'the present condition and address of that old Belgian, De Rudder who used to work for me in the capacity of a detective in London' If necessary could he come to London 'to give evidence about the special evils connected with the foreign slave traffic in girls in London'. Revelations about this are shortly to be published.
