Scope and Content

Written from Liverpool. Has so much to do before going to Dublin that she is unable to write anything before the Municipal Elections at Exeter. She understands that they cannot extend the Acts to Exeter without an Act of Parliament, but she feels very troubled about it. She has written an account of the Paris doings for 'The Protest' and the next number will almost entirely be filled by it.
