The minutes relate to a wide variety of matters concerning Sadler’s Wells including finances, management and other staff.
Some loose papers contained in the volume include: minutes of the Governing Body of the Sadler’s Wells Foundation on 1 June (year not given), a signed list of attendees at the first meeting held at the theatre, terms of new working agreement between the Old Vic and Sadler’s Wells, schedule of prices relating to alterations at the theatre, draft agreement for subscription to the Vic-Wells Completion Fund, and balance sheet and accounts (1932).
