'Resolved that in the event of the United Kingdom as a result of war being invaded or laid under siege to such an extent that communication with the Far East is no longer possible, the three seniors in the following order of Messrs. EG Price, JA Blackwood, FD Hunter, WCG Knowles, HT Smith, MY Fiennes or JK Wilson, who are available and capable of acting in Hong Kong or Australia, be appointed to form a committee of three to be the Managers of the Company to take control of the Company's business in all parts of the world and to assume the powers of Directors until such time as the Board of the Company or member thereof, are able to resume control of the Company's affairs.
