Ralph Millner was an English Queen's Counsel, whose cases including representing three People's Progressive Party Assemblymen in a case in British Guiana regarding election petitions in 1961. He was an occasional contributor to the radical journal Labour Monthly. He gained an MA at Cambridge University and was called to the English Bar in January 1934. He was called to the Bar subsequently in the Gold Coast (January 1950), Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and British Guiana.

Bernard Marder was born in Manchester and educated at Manchester University. He became a Queen's Counsel and later a judge. In January 1993, he was appointed as the President of the Land Tribunal.
